Dollar dashboard, define item costs and justifications; the book icon is the Cost brief.
IT admins open FIN for the Finance dashboard: IT cost per user, average lifecycle, and totals for Hardware, Licenses, Software, Process, and Other, plus charts for cost by category, over time, and most expensive job.
Define item costs
Use Define item costs with Catalog, Jobs, and Inventory tabs. Each amount can include a justification (Why this cost is justified). Costs are Finance-only - Settings job editors do not expose dollar fields.
Cost brief
The book icon on Finance opens the Cost brief (not IT Instructions). It lists amounts and justifications for a printable-style summary. Empty rows show No cost or No justification recorded.
