IT queue

Open/Closed, User/Device/Quality/Ship, Onboard/Change/Offboard/Return, Immediate and Urgent sorting, and sensitive tickets.

Filters

On the IT queue, the top bar shows Queue filters: your first name | All, Open | Closed, User | Device | Quality | Ship, and Onboard | Change | Offboard | Return. Filters hide when you leave the queue.

Stages

One ticket carries the work. Stages are User, Device, Quality, and Ship - work any stage; skip with the red X when a step does not apply. Checklist items come from job, location, and company.

Ship stage holds ship-to address, requested delivery date, and tracking. Portal transfer / replace flows and carrier labels complement this stage when shipping is configured - see Shipping and labels and User portal.

Immediate and Urgent

Offboard tickets sort as Immediate. Onboard can show Urgent when the start date is within a week. Return tickets are never urgent. Urgent cards surface an alert tone so the queue stays actionable.

Carrier service suggestions prefer overnight / express options when a ticket is Immediate or Urgent.

Sensitive tickets

Sensitive hides a ticket from some administrators. Use the Sensitive control and choose Administrators who can see this ticket. The subject employee is never included and cannot see their own sensitive ticket.

Hidden cards stay minimized: Sensitive badge, kind, and urgency (Immediate / Urgent) stay visible, with Unhide to reveal the full card.

Tips

Assign yourself on a stage so Me | All filters help you focus. Skip stages you do not need rather than leaving empty checklists open.

Use Event history (clock) when you need hire / change / inventory audit outside the open queue.
