Licenses
Inventory Licenses category, Settings catalog SKUs on jobs, and Finance license cost buckets.
Inventory category
On Inventory, choose Licenses in the category strip. Use Add to record seats, subscriptions, or license keys as assets assigned to people or held in stock - same Add | Change | Return patterns as hardware.
Job catalog (Settings)
Under Settings, the Licenses catalog pane holds SKUs a job is licensed for. Assign those items on Jobs so User-stage checklists include the right license tasks (and Instructions articles can match License topics).
Finance
Dollar amounts for licenses live on FIN → Define item costs (Catalog / Jobs / Inventory). The Finance dashboard totals a Licenses bucket separately from Hardware and Software.
Tips
Do not confuse Inventory Licenses (what you own / assign) with Settings Licenses (what a job title should receive on onboard). Keep both in sync with how your company buys seats.
