Instructions (book)
On the IT desk, the book icon opens Instructions - runbooks and articles grouped by categories such as Onboard, User, Device, and Offboard (including topics like ImmyBot, License, and Network). Match article keys to ticket tasks.
Servers & service accounts link to Rotation instructions when that article exists - same Instructions library.
Lifecycle walkthrough in Settings
Settings shows the Lifecycle process walkthrough (How Lifecycle works for IT, How HR uses Lifecycle for HR). IT admins can Edit, Save, Cancel, or Hide the copy.
After Hide, Settings shows Show Lifecycle Instructions to bring the walkthrough back. That control is separate from the Finance Cost brief book and from Instructions articles.
